Managing logistics for the Tengiz Field Expansion required a paradigm shift in how we approach supply chain management. By establishing a dedicated regional procurement hub in Atyrau, we effectively eliminated the risks associated with long-haul transits from major urban centers. This hub serves as a critical quality control point, ensuring that fresh produce meets our rigorous HACCP standards before ever reaching the site.
