1. Data controller

The ogba.kz website is operated by OGBA Catering. Head office: 211A Muhammed Haidar Dulati St, Shymkent 160000, Kazakhstan. For any question about your personal data, contact us at info@ogba.kz.

2. Data we collect

• Contact form: full name, email address, phone number (optional), company, subject and your message.
• Proposal request form: company name, contact person, email, phone and details of your project (e.g. headcount, location, type of service).
• Job application form: full name, email, phone, a link to your CV and your cover letter.
• Technical data: your IP address when a form is submitted, to prevent spam and abuse; anonymous statistics on how the site is used (see Cookies).

3. How we use your data

• to answer your messages and get in touch with you;
• to prepare proposals and manage our business relationship;
• to evaluate job applications;
• to keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse;
• to produce anonymous usage statistics that help us improve the site.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give by submitting a form, the need to enter into or perform a contract at your request, and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure. We comply with applicable law, in particular the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection".

5. Sharing your data

Your data is seen only by authorised OGBA staff. To run the site we use these service providers: web hosting (Netlify), database and file storage (Supabase), email notifications (Resend), bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), analytics and maps (Google). Their servers may be located outside Kazakhstan. We do not share your data with other third parties unless required by law.

6. Retention

We keep form submissions for as long as your request requires and as required by law. We delete your records at your request.

7. Cookies

The site uses one essential cookie to remember your chosen language. Anonymous usage statistics may be collected through Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics; you can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings. Maps are shown via Google Maps and are subject to Google's privacy policy.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, to object to its processing and to withdraw your consent. Send your request to info@ogba.kz; we will reply within a reasonable time.

9. Security

Your data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored in systems that only authorised people can access.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
